Trevor Cilia extends his Birkirkara FC contract

Much to the relief of our supporters, Trevor Cilia has put an end to countless rumours about his future, as on Monday, Birkirkara's tireless right-winger, has signed a new deal which will keep him tied with 'The Stripes' for another three seasons.

The ex-Floriana player, whose contract runs out at the end of this month, was the target of many Premier League clubs, who were keen to pay his parameters in order for the Maltese international to join their respective squad.

Other players whose contract will run out soon, are expected to put pen to paper in the next few days.
