Zach Muscat joins Birkirkara F.C.

Zach Muscat is the latest signing for Birkirkara FC as just few minutes ago he signed a contract with our Club.

Before joining our Club, Zach aged 18, was playing for the First Division side Pieta Hotspurs, which he had joined in season 2004-2005. Last season Zach managed to score two goals with Pieta.

Muscat is a regular choice in the Under 21 National squad and he established himself as a regular choice throughout the last year, where he managed to make nine appearances and managed to score one goal in the 4-1 loss that Malta suffered against Slovenia on the 1 September 2011.

Zach will definitely give more options to Head Coach Mr. Paul Zammit as despite his first preference position of a defender, Zach is a utility player, and he can play in various positions.
