Under 16 Girls extend positive run

Birkirkara Under 16 Girls extended their positive run this morning when in a match characterised by strong winds, 'The Stripes' beat Hamrun Spartans with a 2-0 score.

Raina Giusti puts Birkirkara ahead after just five minutes with Kelly Groves scoring the second one for Birkirkara on the 35th minute.

Birkirkara will be involved in a difficult clash next Sunday when they will face joint leaders Pembroke.
