Women's Team in top of the table clash

Birkirkara FC Women's Team will be seeking to keep marching on in their title challenge when they will be involved in the highly-anticipated match this Tuesday, when they take on the unbeaten side of Raiders FC in the much-awaited top of the table clash.
Seven victories from the first seven matches has left everyone involved in Women's football impressed by the Stripes' superb start, but next Tuesday they will be tested to the limit.
There have been two highlights in Birkirkara's winning streak of seven matches, which were the identical 2-0 victories over Hibernians FC and Mgarr United FC.
Finishing at the bottom spot of last year's Women's First Division League, Raiders made an outstanding Summer Transfer Window campaign when they managed to acquire the core of the players of the defunct Gozo FC Women's Team, and have so far established themselves as one of the powerhouses in Women's Football.
Raiders and Birkirkara, are the only unbeaten teams in the league and both teams will be seeking to inflict the first defeat on their opponents in order to extend their impressive start. Raiders have so far won six out of seven matches, dropping just two points in a goal-less draw against Mgarr United.
The match will be played at the Mgarr Grounds and is scheduled to kick off at 20:15.
