Rowen Muscat back with the Stripes

Birkirkara FC completed the fourth signing during this January Transfer Window, when they secured the services of the Maltese National player, Rowen Muscat.

In the second signing of the week, after Mazzetti joined our Club from Qormi FC, the Stripes registered another key-signing when Rowen Muscat, rejoined our Club following a six-month spell with the Hungarian side of Dunaújváros PASE.

Rowen is a Birkirkara FC Youth Academy product, who made his Premier League debut in the 2009-2010 season where Birkirkara were crowned League Champions. Rowen was part of the team that won another Premier League in the 2012-2013 season, while in the beginning of that season he had also won the BOV Super Cup with our Club.

Undoubtedly that the signing of Muscat continues to strengthen the midfield department, as he will join a host of talented midfielders.
