Women's Team to face Hibernians

Birkirkara FC Women's Team will be playing their last league match this evening, when they take on newly crowned champions Hibernians FC.

The Stripes bounced back from the defeat against Mgarr with a very positive performance, as two first-half goals enabled them to defeat Raiders 2-0. This win mathematically secured the second place for Birkirkara FC.

In the first round, Birkirkara beat Hibernians 2-0, thanks to two second-half goals by Hanna Tegelmann and Raina Giusti. On the other hand, the second-round match saw both teams sharing the spoils in a 1-1 draw.

The match will be played at the Centenary Stadium and is scheduled to kick off at 19:00.
