Gareth Sciberras renews his contract

Seanior Team's Captain Gareth Sciberras is the first player to renew his contract with our Club during this Summer Transfer Market, as just a few moments ago the thirty-three year old midfielder signed a one year contract.

Having joined our Club in the 2011 Summer Transfer Market, Gareth needs no introduction as the tireless midfielder is the heart of the team's midfield thanks to his hard work and stamina along-side his vast experience and dedication.

Sciberras won one BOV Premier League title, one FA Trophy and two BOV Super Cups with our Club, while he was part of last year's memorable UEFA Europa League campaign which saw the Stripes qualifying a round for the first time since the start of the UEFA Europa League and the memorable victory over West Ham United in the second leg of the second qualifying round.
