Mislav Andelkovic renews his contract

Birkirkara FC completed another major signing as Croatian midfielder Mislav Andelkovic, who has established himself as one of the best foreigners on our island during his six-month spell with our Club, has signed a fresh new one-year contract with our Club.

Twenty-eighth year old Andelkovic needs no introduction. Joining our Club in the last January Transfer Market, he established himself as a key-player in the squad as his technique and vision of the game proved to be an asset in midfield. He was a regular choice by Coach Besek as he made fifteen appearances and was voted once the BOV Player of the Match.

The contract renewal of Mislav certainly continues to strengthen the midfield department. He will be joining the squad following five new signings and the contract extensions of Gareth Sciberras, Miroslav Kopric and Christian Bubalovic.
