Shaun Bajada moves to Xewkija Tigers FC

Birkirkara FC and Xewkija FC have reached an agreement over the permanent transfer of the Birkirkara versatile player Shaun Bajada.

The thirty-three year old midfielder started his second spell with our Club this season when he signed a one-year contract with our Club in the last days of June. During this season, he made nineteen appearances, in which he started eight of them while he was included as a substitute eleven times.

Shaun played the all six matches in this year's memorable UEFA Europa League campaign. Following being included as a substitute in the first leg of the first-round match, he started all the other five matches.
