Three players loaned to Senglea Athletic FC

Birkirkara FC and Senglea Athletic FC have reached an agreement for the transfer of Brandon Muscat, Philip Schranz and Zack Cassar on a one-year loan basis.

Brandon Muscat had joined our Club last summer for two seasons, but he was loaned to Mqabba FC for the rest of the season.

Goalkeeper Philip Schranz was retained by the Club last season, following a very satisfactory 2016-2017 season with Tarxien Rainbows FC. He was the regular goalkeeper, but following the arrival of goalkeeper Kristijan Naumovski, the promising goalkeeper lost his place.

On the other hand, this will be the first loan for Zack Cassar in Senior Team football. Cassar is fresh from signing a four-year contract with our Club.
