Five players selected with Women's National 'A' Team

Goalkeeper Janice Xuereb, Alishia Sultana, Ann-Marie Said, Stephania Farrugia, and Veronique Mifsud have been selected with the Women's National 'A' Team for the UEFA Women's EURO 2021 matches against Israel and Italy.

Following their Malta's brave performance against Italy, which was undone with two goals in the second half, Malta will return to action next Thursday. The match will be played at the Centenary Stadium and it will kick off at 17:00. 

On the other hand, their second high-profile fixture against Italy will be played away from home on Tuesday, 12 November.
