Match Preview | Birkirkara Vs. Tarxien Rainbows

Birkirkara FC will be looking for their second consecutive victory in the BOV Premier League, when tomorrow afternoon they face Tarxien Rainbows FC in a match that will be played at the Centenary Stadium (Kick-Off - 14:00).
The Stripes found no difficulty to overcome the challenge of Għajnsielem at the Gozo Stadium last Tuesday, when they secured their place in the last-eight of the FA Trophy.
Their last victory was their second consecutive one in all competitions following a victory and a draw in the league. In their last two matches, the Stripes defeated Floriana FC 2-0 followed by a 2-2 draw against Sliema Wanderers FC.
On the other hand, Tarxien Rainbows are still coming to terms with their exit in the FA Trophy following a 4-2 defeat against Gzira United. However, they won against Gudja United 2-0 in their last outing in the BOV Premier League.
Birkirkara are occupying fourth place on fourty one points, four points ahead of Sliema Wanderers and five points behind Gzira United. On the other hand, Tarxien are fourteenth on twenty-one points.
