Under 14's win Luxol Challenge Cup

Birkirkara confirmed that they were the best Under-14 team in this edition of the St Andrew's International Football Tournament by hitting five past hosts St Andrew's in the 2000 Category Final to lift as winners the Luxol Challenge Cup.

Club's reunion

Birkirkara FC is organising a reunion for the players, coaches and committee members that formed part of the Club from the 1972-1973 season till the 1989-1990 season. The reunion is going to take place on Friday, 31 January 2014 at the Clubhouse's hall (on top of the McDonald's restaurant) from 19:30 onwards.

Annual Buffet Dinner - A successful event

Birkirkara FC would like to thank all the members and supporters who attended yesterday's Annual Buffet Dinner, which was held at the Corinthia Hotel. Present for the dinner were the Club's president and committee, Senior and Under 19 Teams.

Ryan Scicluna and Jhonnattann Benites suspended

The Malta Football Association has announced that Ryan Scicluna and Jhonnattann Benites will be suspended for next week's match against Floriana. Ryan and Jhonnattann collected their fourth yellow card in last Sunday's victory over Hibernians.

Edward Herrera's sensational volley on Sunday afternoon paved the way for Birkirkara to open a four point lead at the top of the BOV Premier League, and the Maltese Champions claimed a precious 2-1 victory over Hibernians in the match of the week.

A brilliant performance and a goal in each half saw Birkirkara Under-15's Team booking their place in the Quarter Finals of the Under-15's Knock Out as they eliminated Section A's side, Hamrun Spartans with a 2-0 score.
