Birkirkara FC 2 - 1 Senglea Athletic FC

Birkirkara FC maintained their momentum when they registered the third consecutive victory in the BOV Premier League, to climb eighth in the standings on 13 points. Coach Andre Paus fielded the same Starting XI for the third game in a row as expected, this was also the third win in a week.

Malta ends their campaign in Women`s Euro 2022 qualifiers with record points

The Malta women's national team wrapped up its UEFA Women's Euro 2022 qualifications in the best possible way after they won against Israel by 2-0 at the Ramar Gan Stadium, in Tel Aviv. This was their second away win for coach Mark Gatt team, after few days ago they defeat Georgia 4-0 in Tbilisi.

Lecao 100th Match in the Maltese Premier League

The game against Tarxien Rainbows on Wednesday will mark the 100th game in the Maltese Premier League for Birkirkara Brazilian twenty-seven year old attacking midfielder Alex De Paixao Alves (Lecao). Lecao joined the stripes last September and he played five games till today and scored two goals.

Birkirkara FC registered their second victory in the BOV Premier League with a solid performance that enabled them to defeat Gudja United FC with a 3-0 score.

Birkirkara hoping to return to winning ways

On Saturday we will see Birkirkara FC back in action when they take on Gudja United FC at the National Stadium kick-off at 14:00. The stripes returned to training last week after an absence of three weeks because of the Covid-19 mandatory quarantine.

Change of Fixtures against Tarxien Rainbows

The Malta Football Association (MFA) has just informed us that the game from the BOV Premier League against Tarxien Rainbows on Saturday 21st November at the Centenary Stadium at 18:15 will be rescheduled, the game will be played on Wednesday 2nd December at 19:00 at Hibernians Stadium.

BOV Premier League - Birkirkara FC 1-2 Sliema Wanderers FC

Birkirkara FC failed to keep their momentum as yesterday evening they lost against Sliema Wanderers FC. The Blues, in fact, return to winning ways and move on with 13 points and joined Gzira, Hibernians and Hamrun in top of the BOV Premier League. On the other hand, the Stripes remain joint-fourth from bottom with 4 points.
