Under-19's Team lose to Sliema Wanderers in Knockout Final

Birkirkara FC Under-19's Team lost the Youths Knockout Final when Sliema Wanderers scored two goals in each half to win the cup with a comfortable 4-0 score thanks to a brace by Michele Sansone and a goal each by Paolo Dandolo and Justin Vella where all four goals were scored in the second half.

Three Birkirkara players in National Team provisional squad

Three Birkirkara FC players, Cain Attard, Gareth Sciberras and Ryan Camenzuli have been called ti the Maltese National Team provisional squad by Coach Pietro Ghedin for the upcoming two friendly matches against Czech Republic and Austria respectively which are going to be played on the 27 and the 31 May.

Birkirkara FC contributes to the Dr. Klown awareness

Birkirkara FC has always supported noble causes and during the month of April, the Club, through its Senior and Women teams contributed took part in the Dr. Klown campaign. Both teams contributed with a donation from each player and technical staff member, and by taking a team-photo wearing a red nose.

Stephania Farrugia named the BOV Player of April and May

Birkirkara FC Women's Team Captain Stephania Farrugia has been named the BOV Player of the month for April and May. She is the first player to have won the award for four months in one season since the inception of this award in 2012, after she had already claimed January and February award.

Under-15's Team lose to Pieta in Knockout Final

Birkirkara FC Under-15's Team played their hearts out in the Knockout Final but a goal by Clyde Bouvett mid-way through the second half gave opponents Pieta Hotspurs a narrow 1-0 victory to claim the Knockout trophy.

Stripes eliminated

Birkirkara FC's hopes of defending the FA Trophy were dashed on Saturday afternoon when they were knocked out after a goal by Denni Rocha Dos Santos just before half-time was enough for Sliema Wanderers to hold on to a narrow 1-0 victory.
