Birkirkara FC Under-17's Team beat Swieqi United FC with an 8-2 score, to make them four wins from four matches in the preliminary phase of the league. Like the Under-15's Team, they already had confirmed their place in Section A prior to this match.

Under-15's Team end group commitments with a fine win

Birkirkara FC Under-15's Team, who had already confirmed that they would retain their status in Section A, completed their preliminary group commitments with an entertaining 4-2 victory over Tarxien Rainbows FC. Paul Galea scored a brace while Yan Theuma and Calvin Mallia scored a goal each.

Four Birkirkara FC players have made it to the final squad of the Malta A team led by Mr. Pietro Ghedin while another two players were chosen in the final squad of the Malta Under-21's team led by Mr. Silvio Vella.

Under-17's Team secure Section A place

Birkirkara FC Under-17's Team made sure of playing in Section A for the 2016-2017 season after defeating Zebbug Rangers with a 4-0 score. The Stripes have won all three matches in the group and with one match to go, they booked their place in Section A for another season.

Seven Birkirkara FC players in Malta A, Under-21 squads

National coach Pietro Ghedin and Under-21 coach Silvio Vella named seven Birkirkara FC players in the provisional squads for the two European Qualifiers against England and Lithuania and the Under-21 Championship qualifiers against Latvia and Moldova.

Women's Team register first victory

Birkirkara FC Women's Team registered the first victory in the BOV Women's First Division League when a brace by Kelly Agius Pace and a goal each by Tracy Teuma and Gabriella Zahra handed them a satisfactory 4-0 victory over Kirkop United FC.
