Gary Muir joins Birkirkara FC, Frank Temile moves to Sliema Wanderers FC

Scottish wing-back Gary Muir signed a contract till the end of the 2018-2019 season with our Club to be the third major signing in the January Transfer Market. Gary is joining our Club from Sliema Wanderers FC and as part of the deal, Nigerian forward Frank Temile has moved to the Wanderers.

Under-19's Team back on track

Birkirkara FC Under-19's Team returned to winning ways in the Youths League Section A when they defeated Pembroke Athleta FC with a comfortable 3-0 score. Neil Micallef, Nick Borg and Gianluca Zammit scored a goal each for the Stripes.

Birkirkara FC has appointed Miran Emerisic as the Senior Team's Assistant Coach, to fill in the vacant post after . Nikola Jaros was appointed as Head Coach in the first week of December.

Birkirkara FC Women's Team completed their second round commitments of the BOV Women's First Division League with a comfortable victory, when two goals in each half enabled them to defeat Gozo FC with a 4-1 score.

Efficient Stripes makes them two in a row

Efficient Birkirkara FC scored two goals in the opening eighteen minutes to register the second win in a row in space of four days in the BOV Premier League. A goal each by Srdjan Dimitrov and Edward Herrera saw the Stripes defeating Pembroke Athleta with a 2-0 score.

National Team goalkeeper Henry Bonello has just signed a three-year contract with our Club. Henry is joining our club from Valletta FC, As part of the transfer deal, Rowen Muscat has moved to Valletta FC.

A late goal denied Birkirkara FC Under-19's Team from an important victory in the Youths League Section A but they had to settle for a 2-2 draw against Hibernians FC.
