Predrag Jovic suspended

The Malta Football Association has announced that towering defender Predrag Jovic has been suspended for one match. Jovic collected his fourth yellow card in last weekend's victory over Tarxien Rainbows FC, and therefore he will miss next Sunday's match against Hamrun Spartans FC.

Eight Birkirkara FC players have been called-up to the Women's National Team, led by Coach Mark Gatt, for the Aphrodite Cup which is going to be played in Cyprus between the 11 and 15 March.

Women's Team advance to the Knock-Out Semi Final

Birkirkara FC Women's Team reached the semi-final of the Women's Knockout on Wednesday evening, when four goals by Alishia Sultana and another one by Kim Parnis gave the Stripes a comfortable 5-0 victory over Mosta FC.

The Malta Football Association has announced that Birkirkara FC midfielder Ryan Scicluna has been suspended for one match. Scicluna is ruled out for this Saturday's match against Tarxien Rainbows FC, after he was sent off for double booking in last weekend's match against St. Andrew's FC.

Birkirkara FC Youth Academy is organising a penalty shoot-out on Sunday, 2 April at the Birkirkara FC Training Centre, from 09:00 onwards. The event will be open for Academy players, boys and girls, from the Under 5 to the Under 13 categories.
