Two goals in the first half enabled Birkirkara to defeat Qormi with the odd goal in three to return back on track for their title challenge as the Stripes made the best out of the Citizens and Hibernians slip ups to reduce the gap in the top of the table of the BoV Premier League.

Nothing to separate top teams in Women's League

Kelly Agius Pace's strike five minutes from time enabled a never-give-up Birkirkara side to grab another late draw. After falling to two early goals disadvantage, the Stripes showed a great character to end the match in a 2-2 draw against Hibernians.

Disappointing Draw For Under 17s

Birkirkara Under 17s featured in a 2-2 draw against lowly side Melita at the Rabat Ajax Ground on Sunday, a result which mirrored the rather average performance from the Stripes. Although our boys never gave up and managed to salvage at least a point in the dying moments of the match, they could not impose themselves as many would have expected them to do. This game left the Stripes' clan disappointed, both with the result and, moreso, with the performance.

For the second time in less than seven days, Birkirkara failed to turn their dominance into goals and once again they paid a sour price, losing two precious points in a goal-less draw against Sliema Wanderers.

Birkirkara Under 16 reduce the gap

Birkirkara Under 16 Girls reduced the gap with leaders Mosta and opened the league title challenge wide open as the Stripes made the best out of the goal-less draw between Mosta and Kirkop by beating Mgarr with a 7-0 score.
